    We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Whether you’ve got a quick question, need a hand with your test, or just want to talk something through, we’re here for you.

  • Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location within Australia.

    If it’s been longer or your tracking hasn’t updated, send us an email and we’ll follow up right away.

    We know timing matters, and we’ll always do our best to help.

  • Yes! We ship to every corner of Australia, including rural and regional areas. Standard and express options are available at checkout, and every order comes with tracking.

  • Not yet, but we hope to soon. Right now, we ship Australia-wide only. If you're outside of Australia and interested in our tests, feel free to reach out, we’d love to hear where you're from and keep you updated.

  • Yes. Every order is shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no mention of fertility or pregnancy. Your privacy is protected from checkout to delivery.

  • Due to the nature of fertility and pregnancy testing products, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been shipped.

    We do, however, stand by the quality of our products, so if something isn’t right, please get in touch and we’ll make it right.

  • If you made a mistake at checkout, email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update your address.

    If it has already left our studio, we’ll do our best to redirect it. But in some cases, it may need to be reordered.
